My stay at Zermatt Budget Rooms was a good experience overall! I loved the spaciousness of my room and the stunning view of the Matterhorn. The amenities, including the wellness center and an extensive breakfast selection, greatly enhanced my visit. However, there were a few issues with the room that could have been better addressed, particularly concerning maintenance.

Interactions with the staff were generally positive. They were friendly and helpful, but there was a slight lack of responsiveness when I raised concerns about my room, which was a bit disappointing.

My stay at Zermatt Budget Rooms was mostly a delight, with very nice spa facilities and a sumptuous breakfast that had me looking forward to each morning. However, the room I got wasn't ideal—it had some maintenance issues that really put a damper on things. Overall, I'd say it was a fantastic experience, but not without its hiccups.

My stay at Zermatt Budget Rooms had its ups and downs. I really enjoyed the access to the wellness facilities, which were excellent, and the breakfast options were truly impressive. However, the room I stayed in was quite disappointing (especially the issues with lighting and shower cleanliness), and the reception staff seemed indifferent to my concerns.

The room I had was large, which I appreciated, but it did have significant issues. The lighting was poor, making it hard to see, particularly in the bathroom area, and the shower had drainage problems. This made the experience less enjoyable than I hoped.

While some staff were friendly, my interactions with the reception were not great. When I raised concerns about my room, they seemed uninterested in resolving the issues. This was a letdown during my stay.
